Planning the perfect barn wedding in Essex – well, Nat and Josh did exactly that!
The story of how we met them is a fun one, as we were already friends with the father of the bride.
We went on a blind date with Nat on a hot summer day in Cambridge and we shared a few cool Pimms on the riverbank.
We knew it was the beginning of a beautiful friendship when we all got super excited for spotting Stephen Hawking out and about on a walk.
Wedding Ceremony at All Saints Wimbish Parish Church, Saffron Walden Essex
Nat had her bridal preparations at her parents’ house in Saffron Walden, surrounded by her beautiful, fun and supportive bridesmaids.
Her lovely wedding dress was hand made by her mother (how cool and special is that!) and Nat chose a pair of blue shoes to wear on her big day.
Josh, his best man and his groomsmen stopped by their usual pub on the way to the church and he showed us his bartending skills 😉
The wedding ceremony went smoothly, with quite a few happy tears and lots of laughter.

The best thing about barn weddings is that you have a blank canvas to work with.
Everything was imagined and planned by Nat and Josh, from the theme colour to the baby blue cupcakes and the fairy lights.
We are very lucky to have wonderful clients with super fun friends that are game for informal wedding photos!
As you can see from the photos, Josh and his groomsmen took photo-bombing to a whole new level 😊
